Examples of T&P Agreement in a sentence

  • The inclusion in this Agreement of provisions not addressed in the T&P Agreement shall not be deemed a conflict, and all such additional provisions contained herein shall be given full force and effect.

  • All Production Payment Gas shall be delivered by Denbury to the Delivery Points in compliance with the requirements set out in the T&P Agreement with respect to pressure, quantity and quality specifications.
