Township roads definition

Township roads and “County roads” shall mean all roads under the jurisdiction of the township and/or county road districts, respectively, and shall include any roads outside the boundaries of the Village limits.

  • As soon as possible after receipt of such notice, the Township and the User's representatives shall inspect the Township road(s) and appurtenances.

  • In winter, employees, using a ▇▇▇▇▇ dump truck or larger vehicle while on the road and engaged in salting or sanding of Township roads, must establish radio contact with a public works supervisor or co-worker in the field to have an employee present at their location, before exiting the cab and upon reentry of the cab, in order to inspect and/or clearing sanding or sodium chloride equipment.

  • The Township roads and appurtenances if Paragraph 7 Option B was elected shall be restored to a level consistent with that agreed to in Paragraph 4 (above).

  • This total will be divided by the total mileage of Township roads (approximately 400) to arrive at an average cost per mile.
