Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Board of Education of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Commission Representative means the person assigned, in writing, by the Executive Director to be the Commission’s Representative for the project.
Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).
Representative means the indenture trustee or other trustee, agent or representative for any Senior Debt.
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;
Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

Lender Group Representatives has the meaning specified therefor in Section 17.9 of the Agreement.
Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.
Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
