Town Fees definition

Town Fees means any fee or charge imposed under the CRMC as a condition to the applicant’s entitlement to issuance of a Town permit for the development or construction of Eligible Improvements or private improvements.

Examples of Town Fees in a sentence

  • The payable fees shall consist of the Total Package Fee, and if applicable, Early Morning Fees (“EMF”) and Out of Town Fees (“OOTF”).

  • The Town Fees shall be the exclusive and sole remedy of the Parties under a Monetary Breach provided the Company has made the disputed Town Fee payments into such escrow account.

  • In the event the Town needs to change or add a Town Fee(s) at any other time of the year, fails to submit any Town Fee to the City by April 1 of any calendar year, or changes the structure of the Town Fees that requires a change in the City’s billing software, the Town shall be responsible for all costs associated with such change in the Town Fee(s) as specified by the City following the request for change by the Town.

  • In the event of early termination, Town shall be entitled to receive any Town Fees actually received by the City for a period of one-hundred and twenty (120) days following the date of the notice of termination.

  • Developer or the District, as applicable, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, will be responsible for (i) financing and constructing all Eligible Improvements, (ii) compliance in all material respects with the Town Requirements, (iii) payment of Town Fees related to development of the Property, and (iv) developing the Project as required by this Agreement and the CRMC.

  • The Company shall have ninety (90) days after receipt of such notice to make full payment of the disputed Town Fees.

  • Grantee shall pay the Town Fees retroactively for all Unauthorized Attachments.

  • Developer and all permittees shall pay all Town Fees at the time prescribed by the Town Requirements.

  • If the Company fails to pay Town Fees due under this Agreement (a “Monetary Breach”), the Town Board shall provide written notice of the alleged Monetary Breach specifying the details of the alleged Monetary Breach and the amount due.

  • The Town Fees due but unpaid shall be the exclusive and sole remedy of the Parties under an Event of Default provided the Company has paid any disputed Town Fees into such escrow account.
