Town Building definition

Town Building means a building owned or leased by the Town of Valdese and occupied, managed or controlled by the town including, but not limited to, the Old Rock School building and the Valdese Community Center.

  • Lessee shall file such plans and specifications with the Town Building Department and diligently prosecute an application for issuance of any necessary Building Permits.
