Town Building definition

Town Building means a building owned or leased by the Town of Valdese and occupied, managed or controlled by the town including, but not limited to, the Old Rock School building and the Valdese Community Center.

  • Main building means a building in which is conducted the main or principal use of the parcel on which it is erected;
