TowerBrook means TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. and any Affiliate of TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., including, for this purpose, TowerBrook Investors IV (Onshore), L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV (892), L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV (OS), L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV Executive Fund, L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV Team Daybreak, L.P. and any other investment fund managed or advised, directly or indirectly, by TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. or any of its Affiliates, and any Affiliate of any such fund; provided that, for purposes of this definition, the Company shall not be deemed an Affiliate of TowerBrook.
TowerBrook means TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. and any Affiliate of TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., including, for this purpose, TowerBrook Investors IV (Onshore), L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV (892), L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV (OS), L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV Executive Fund, L.P., TowerBrook Investors IV Team Daybreak, L.P., and any other investment fund managed or advised, directly or indirectly, by TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. or any of its Affiliates, and any Affiliate of any such fund; provided that, for purposes of this definition, the Company shall not be deemed an Affiliate of TowerBrook.
TowerBrook means TowerBrook Investors III, L.P., TowerBrook Investors III (Parallel), L.P., TowerBrook Investors III Executive Fund, L.P., and TI Holdings, each of which is a beneficial owner of the Debtors, directly or indirectly.

Related to TowerBrook

  • Towers means the communications towers on the Sites.

  • Summit means the Summit of the Heads of State or Government of SADC established by Article 9 of this Treaty;
