Tower Space definition

Tower Space means that portion of the Tower designated for use by the Tenant for the installation, use, operation, modification, repair, replacement, monitoring and maintenance of antennas, radios, cables/coax, nodes, and/or related equipment, which will be comprised of a radiation center with a minimum of five (5) feet in each vertical direction of separation from adjacent occupants on the Tower.
Tower Space for the sole purpose of locating Lessee's antennas ("Antenna Array"), supporting equipment necessary for the operation of Lessee's Antenna Array (the "Supporting Equipment"), to run utility lines from Lessee's utility hook-ups to Lessee's Supporting Equipment located on the Land and to run cables from Lessee's Supporting Equipment to the Tower Space to serve and operate Lessee's Antenna Array for telecommunications use.
Tower Space. The tower space (or rooftop space) leased for the use of the antennas should match the dimensions of the antenna to be used at the site. Ground Space (Leased Space): 12’X10’ The ground space leased should be: 12’X10’, this provides plenty of space for TerreStar’s initial and any future needs (See Appendix 6). In the event 12’X10’ is not available, Contractor is authorized to obtain a 6’X6’ space (at a minimum) for the footprint of TerreStar’s equipment cabinets (including applicable door swings) and adjacent equipment (power and telco/ethernet supply).

Examples of Tower Space in a sentence

  • To the extent that any piece of Additional Equipment causes the Aggregate Wind Load Surface Area of all Verizon Communications Equipment in a RAD center that is not located in Verizon’s Primary Tower Space to exceed the number of square inches permitted to Verizon Collocator with respect to such RAD center under Section 9(d)(ii)(A)(2), Verizon Collocator shall pay additional rent in an amount equal to the additional rent calculated under Exhibit G for such Additional Equipment.

  • T-Mobile Collocator may apply to Tower Operator to install, maintain, modify, replace and operate Communications Equipment in the T-Mobile Primary Tower Space in excess of the T-Mobile Reserved Amount of Tower Equipment (collectively “Additional Equipment”); provided that there is sufficient structural load capacity available on the Tower at the time T-Mobile Collocator applies to install such Additional Equipment.

  • The Senior Use shall further include any use or uses by substitute, modified or replacement antennas that are installed within the Tower Space on account of damage, disrepair or obsolescence of any of the antennas described above or failure of such antennas to yield optimum performance, even if such substitute, modified or replacement antennas are of a different model or manufacturer.

  • If the Verizon Primary Tower Space or the Verizon Primary Ground Space is moved as a result of the exercise of such right, then to the extent necessary the Verizon Primary Tower Space, the Verizon Primary Ground Space, the Horizontal Zone and the Verizon Collocation Space will be relocated and recalculated.

  • For clarity, (1) the Effective Date Tower Space, other than the Horizontal Plane, need not be contiguous, and (2) the Horizontal Plane is one contiguous space located around the AT&T Primary Tower Space RAD Center.

  • The annual Rent (the “Vacant Tower Space Rent”) payable by the Operating Partnership under the Master Tower Lease with respect to the Vacant Tower Space shall be an amount equal to the lesser of (A) $6,467,055.00 and (B) an amount equal to the Tower NCF Deficit Amount, in each case, payable in equal monthly installments on November 1, 2006 and on the first (1st) Business Day of each calendar month commencing thereafter.

  • Lessor may, in addition to any other remedy provided by law or permitted herein, at its option, relet the Tower Space (or any part thereof) on behalf of Lessee, applying any monies collected first to the payment of expenses of resuming or obtaining possession, and, second, to the payment of the costs of placing the premises in rentable condition, including any leasing commission, and, third, to the payment of rent due hereunder, and any other damages due to the Lessor.

  • The Tower Space, Land Space, and Right of Way are substantially described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit “C”, attached hereto and made a part hereof demised premises and are collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Premises”.

  • The Tower Space, Land Space, Right of Way and Further Rights of Way, if any, are substantially described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof demised premises and are collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Premises".

Related to Tower Space

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Leased space means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

  • New Building means the new building being constructed and completed at the premises by the Vendor.
