Towers means the communications towers on the Sites.
Assignment of Rents and Leases means, with respect to the Mortgaged Property, an Assignment of Rents and Leases (and, if there are more than one, each and every one of them), dated as of the Closing Date, granted by the Borrower to Lender with respect to the Leases, as same may thereafter from time to time be supplemented, amended, modified or extended.

When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

On the premises where stored with respect to heating oil means UST systems located on the same property where the stored heating oil is used.
Rental agreement means an agreement that establishes or modifies the terms, conditions, rules, regulations, or any other provisions concerning the use and occupancy of a rental unit.
Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.
Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.
