Tower, Communication definition

Tower, Communication means a pole, or similar structure of any size which supports wireless telecommunication equipment, transmission or reception, and is utilized by commercial, governmental, or other public or quasi-public users, above ground in a fixed location, freestanding, guyed, or on a structure. A Communication Tower may also be utilized as part of a mobile system for purposes of providing short-term emergency, supplemental or specialized wireless telecommunications services.

  • Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.
