Tow Contract definition

Tow Contract. The Contract for Vehicle Towing and Storage between the Agencies and Tow Contractors.
Tow Contract means a contract with a customer under which Marine Transportation is providing product transportation services in the Ordinary Course of Business using a Tow.

  • At the expiration of the last extension year, this Tow Contract will continue in effect from month- to-month, unless terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice.

  • The Tow Contractor will provide a business license number in the space provided on the signature page of this Tow Contract.
