Tourism Operations definition
Tourism Operations means all tourism activities and services undertaken by Project Company for the purpose of the Project in the Concession Area, including servicesfor the operation and management of the Project Facility, leisure facilities and activities, food and drink facilities and services, trading, access tocultural, historic or natural sites etc.

The Parties agree that,unless the Project Company has been order to suspend Works for reasons specified in Section 8.08 (a), the Project Company should it choose, is expressly authorized to continue its Tourism Operations consistent with the terms of this Agreement during the pendency of any decision of a referee or arbitral tribunal under this Article.
