Examples of Tour Date in a sentence

  • If, for any reason, the Tour Date is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond Artist’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, an act of God, accident, lockout, strike or other labor dispute, riot or civil commotion, act of terrorism, Artist reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Tour Date in whole or in part in its sole discretion.

  • For Tours where four or less people are participating and you cancel, we will give you a refund if you give us at least 14 days’ notice prior to the Tour Date.

  • If Photographer elects not to consent to such searches at the event, Photographer may be denied entry to the Tour Date without refund or othercompensation.

  • You agree to act in accordance with the rules established by Artist and the Tour Date provider during your participation in any activity related to the Tour Date.

  • You agree that the Tour Date is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the Tour Date.

  • We will not give you a refund if you give us less than 14 days’ notice prior to the Tour Date.

  • Tours where five or more people are attending and you cancel, we will give you a refund if you give us at least 30 days prior to the Tour Date.

  • We will give you a 50% refund if you give us between 14 and 30 days notice prior to the Tour Date.

  • Artist reserves the right to refuse admission to Photographer or to eject Photographer from the Tour Date at any time if Photographer fails to abide by the terms hereof or the rules established at any time by Artist or the Tour Date provider, if Photographer uses vulgar or abusive language or if Photographer’s conduct is otherwise deemed disorderly in our sole discretion.

  • Two weeks before the Tour Date, Sip The Snowies will provide all Customers with an itinerary of their tour, which is subject to change at Sip The Snowies discretion.

Related to Tour Date

  • Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

  • Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
