Touch up paint. Touch up paint is considered normal wear and tear and is the responsibility of the Owner. We recommend Owner provide extra paint, as many tenants like to touch up while they live in the house, and it helps the house show better to future rental prospects. It also ensures that the Tenants use the RIGHT color and sheen of paint, avoiding costly repairs at the end of the tenancy.
