Tote(s) definition

Tote(s) means specifically designed waste collection, wheeled containers with a volume not to exceed 96 US gallons (365 litres) fitted with a lid and equipment that will allow the tote to be dumped mechanically by a garbage truck.
Tote(s) means single-wall, double-faced corrugated cardboard boxes, kraft or white colored, with two double-panel sides with cutout handholds (see Attachment B- Sample Tote), manually interlocking top flaps, a double-panel bottom that locks in place without glue, and approximately 24 inches long, 16 inches wide and 11 inches high with at least 8 metal staples along vertical side seam, having a minimum Burst Strength of 200 pounds per square inch and having the following specifications certified by the box manufacturer on each box:

  • spoil means excavated material which is unsuitable for use as material in the construction works or is material which is surplus to the requirements of the construction works;

  • Heat input means the product (expressed in mmBtu/time) of the gross calorific value of the fuel (expressed in Btu/lb) and the fuel feed rate into the combustion device (expressed in mass of fuel/time) and does not include the heat derived from preheated combustion air, recirculated flue gases, or ex- haust from other sources.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • ore means any rock soil or alluvium bearing diamonds mined from mining leases granted pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Cargo means cargoes of any description;
