Total Weekly Turnover definition

Total Weekly Turnover means the total weekly gross takings of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Branded Retail Outlet including all cash and credit transactions and sums received in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Branded Retail Outlet but excluding any customer refunds, bona fide discounts or rebates suffered by the Retailer and the value of all bona fide free offers or discounts made or given by the Retailer as part of any special promotion in the ordinary course of business (all of which shall have received ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ prior written approval) and excluding VAT;

Related to Total Weekly Turnover

  • Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;

  • Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Turnover Rate means the period of time (usually in hours) required to circulate a volume of water equal to the pool or spa capacity.

  • Total Revenue bears the same meaning assigned to this expression in the Codes of Good Practice on Black Economic Empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and promulgated in the Government Gazette on 9 February 2007;
