Total Support is determined in the audit statement and defined as total revenue for the current fiscal year plus the four preceding fiscal years minus any grant revenues. A withdrawing member district is not entitled to any portion of a positive fund balance.

  • If at any time following the effective date of this Amendment either you or Oracle discovers any Omitted Licenses, then the parties agree that: (i) you will continue to pay all technical support fees due in connection with the Omitted Licenses during the Deployment Period, and (ii) the parties will amend the ordering document to add the Omitted Licenses to the Converted and Replaced Licenses Exhibit and to include the technical support fees associated with the Omitted Licenses in the Total Support Stream.

  • In addition to those words and phrases contained in the main body of the Agreement, the following words and phrases when in this Total Support Package shall have the meaning and definition set forth below.

  • If your non-compliance is due to failure to maintain the Total Support Srtream, your use of the Program licenses and desupported licenses after the Non-Compliance Date will be subject to the technical support pricing and policies in effect on the Non-Compliance Date.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Local support means funds from tax sources, gifts, endowments, penal fines, or other funds received from local sources, excluding state and federal aid as stated in this act.

  • First Level Support means a) delivery of standard answers to commonly recurring questions and b) assisting with application-related issues arising during day-to-day use of the system and c) first point of contact for technical questions concerning a purchased deliverable.

  • Medical support means either the provision of a health benefit plan, including a group or employment-related or an individual health benefit plan, or a health benefit plan provided pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 514E to meet the medical needs of a dependent and the cost of any premium re- quired by a health benefit plan, or the payment to the obligee of a monetary amount in lieu of a health benefit plan, either of which is an obligation separate from any monetary amount of child support or- dered to be paid. Medical support is not alimony.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
