Total Share Value definition

Total Share Value means RMB 46,064,000 (approximately $7,500,000), with a value equal to 50% equity interest in Target; and
Total Share Value market value of the Shares of the Transactions plus the market value of the Shares granted as an Asset Granted as Guarantee.
