Total Royalty Amount definition

Total Royalty Amount means, with respect to any Contract for which there is a Straddle Sales Period, including, but not limited to, television-related Contracts, the aggregate amount of all payments due or paid (whenever paid) to both the Sellers and the Buyers under such Contract, whether as a minimum guaranteed payment or otherwise, with respect to such Straddle Sales Period only.

  • Such royalty payments shall be accompanied by a royalty report setting forth the following details for each End User; (A) End-User name, (B) End-User's business address, (C) Date End-User licensed the Headlines, (D) Number of Screens Displaying Headlines, and (E) Total Royalty Amount Owed.

  • If there is a failure to pay any royalty payment when due, or only a portion is paid, or in the event of any other unremedied Event of Default under this Contract, IEDA may declare the Total Royalty Amount to be Repaid to be immediately due and payable.
