Total Royalties definition

Total Royalties means the sum of the Consumable Royalties, Instrument Royalties and Sublicense Royalties defined in Section 4.1 of this Agreement.
Total Royalties means and include any and all Running Royalties and fees based upon Full Sublicense Profits and Manufacturing Sublicense Profits that are paid or payable to TST by MSC pursuant to Article III. Confidential information redacted and filed separately with the Commission.
Total Royalties means the aggregate of the amounts calculated pursuant to paragraphs 12(1)(o) and 18(1)(m) of the federal Act, both calculated without regard to the scheduled repeals of the paragraphs.

Examples of Total Royalties in a sentence

  • Within ninety (90) days after the end of each calendar year, RPRP and Introgen shall reconcile the calculation of royalty reductions under this Section 8.2 for the preceding calendar year, based upon the total Net Sales for such year and the Total Royalties with respect to such Net Sales.
