Total Retention definition

Total Retention means the amount referred to in clauses 6.2 to 6.4.
Total Retention means the total length of time, usually expressed in years, during which a Record is to be retained, after which the Record may be disposed of or destroyed.
Total Retention means the maximum number of years a record is required to be stored within the Municipality before destruction, if applicable.

Examples of Total Retention in a sentence

  • If the Company terminates the Executive’s employment without Cause or if the Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason (Initial Period) or Good Reason (Subsequent Period) (as such terms are defined below), the Executive shall be paid the Total Retention Bonus (less any tranche thereof previously paid by the Company to the Executive) at the time the Executive’s employment is terminated.
