Total Residential Units definition

Total Residential Units has the meaning set forth in the Summary of Loan Terms.
Total Residential Units means the greater of (a) the total number of units leased or reserved for residential use at the Project as of the applicable date of determination of whether the Company has satisfied the Affordable Housing Requirement, or (b)
Total Residential Units means the greater of (a) the total number of units leased or reserved for residential use at the Project as of the applicable date of determination of whether the Company has satisfied the Affordable Housing Requirement, or (b) 246 units.

More Definitions of Total Residential Units

Total Residential Units means the total units in a residential development approved by the final approval body. Total residential units are composed of both market-rate units and inclusionary units.

Total Residential Units means the total units approved by the final decision-making authority. Total residential units are composed of both market-rate units and inclusionary units.

Related to Total Residential Units

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

  • Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,

  • Equivalent residential unit means a dwelling, unit, or development that is equal

  • Investor-Owned Residential Loans means Loans, excluding advances made pursuant to Home Equity Loans, that are secured by mortgages on one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that are not owner-occupied. These loans can be treated as Restructured Loans on a commercially reasonable basis and can be a restructured under terms separate from the Exhibit 5 standards. Please refer to Exhibit 2b for guidance in Calculation of Loss for Restructured Loans.

  • Family or household member means spouses, former spouses, persons related by blood or marriage, persons who are presently residing together as if a family or who have resided together in the past as if a family, and persons who are parents of a child in common regardless of whether they have been married. With the exception of persons who have a child in common, the family or household members must be currently residing or have in the past resided together in the same single dwelling unit.

  • Said Apartment means the specific apartment applied for by the Applicant(s), details of which have been set out in this Application and includes any alternative apartment that may be allotted by the Company in lieu of the Said Apartment.

  • Investor-Owned Residential Loan means a Loan, excluding advances made pursuant to a Home Equity Loan, that is secured by a mortgage on a one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that is not owner-occupied or the borrower’s primary residence.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • non-residential use means a building or structure of any kind whatsoever used, designed or intended to be used for other than a residential use;

  • Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Non-residential means lands, Buildings or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for other than Residential use, including the non- residential portion of a Live-Work Unit;

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Partnership at will means a partnership in which the partners have not agreed to remain partners until the expiration of a definite term or the completion of a particular undertaking.

  • Apartment house OR "MULTIPLE DWELLING" means any building, not being a lodging-house or hotel, or portion thereof, which is designed, built, rented, leased, let or hired out to be occupied, or which is occupied, as the home or residence of three or more families living independently of each other and doing their own cooking within their apartment, suite or dwelling unit.

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).
