Total Reserve definition

Total Reserve means, (a) the Total Reserve Percentage multiplied by (b) the Net Eligible Pool Balance.
Total Reserve. Yield Reserve," or "Yield Reserve Percentage", (H) amend or modify any defined term (or any defined term used directly or indirectly in such defined term) used in clauses (A) through (G) above in a manner that would circumvent the intention of the restrictions set forth in such clauses, or (I) otherwise materially and adversely affect the rights of any such Purchaser hereunder. No failure on the part of the Purchasers or the Administrator to exercise, and no delay in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.
Total Reserve means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Loss Reserve, plus (ii) the Dilution Reserve, plus (iii) the Yield and Fee Reserve.

Examples of Total Reserve in a sentence

  • The Board of Directors has discretion to establish the date on which Treasury RSUs are granted, the date on which the award is fully vested and other particulars applicable to such an award, subject to limiting to 5% of the Total Reserve grants of Treasury RSUs without any minimum vesting periods, if any.

  • Should further Common Shares become available under the LTIP as a result of the expiry or termination of Options or Treasury RSUs, such shares will then be available for issuance upon the exercise of Options or the vesting of Treasury RSUs, the whole without increasing the Total Reserve.

Total Reserve means an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Discount Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Aggregate Commitment, (ii) the Dilution Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Eligible Receivables Balance, (iii) the Loss Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Eligible Receivables Balance and (iv) the Servicing Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Eligible Receivables Balance.
Total Reserve means under the LTI Plan, the total number of Shares reserved and available for grant and issuance pursuant to Options and Old RSUs, being 2,080,950 Shares, representing approximately 1.83% of the 113,534,451 issued and outstanding Shares as of December 31, 2020;
Total Reserve means spinning and non-spinning reserve, over and above generation requirements
Total Reserve means under the LTI Plan, the total number of Shares reserved and available for grant and issuance pursuant to Options and Old RSUs, being 2,080,950 Shares, representing approximately 1.77% of the 117,783,015 issued and outstanding Shares as of December 31, 2021;
Total Reserve means the Adjusted Total Reserve Percentage MULTIPLIED BY the Net Investment at such time.
Total Reserve means, subject to all the applicable provisions of this Plan, the maximum aggregate number of Shares that may be issued pursuant to Awards.
Total Reserve set forth in Exhibit I to the Amendment is amended by replacing the phrase “fifteen percent (15%)” where it appears therein with the phrase “eighteen percent (18%)”.
