Total Notional Value definition
Total Notional Value has the meaning set forth in Exhibit G. Transmitting Utility means any utility (including its control area operator) that transmits Energy from the Interconnection Point to the Delivery Point. Ultimate Parent means the entity identified as “Seller Ultimate Parent” on Exhibit A or its successor.
Total Notional Value means US$50,000,000 plus accumulated (and unpaid) dividends, minus the aggregate of any amounts paid if any Preference Shares have been redeemed under clause 3 or thereafter, provided that the Total Notional Value will be increased by 10% on any Increase Date as long as any Preference Shares remain outstanding.

Examples of Total Notional Value in a sentence
Performance Assurance will be equal to 15% of the Total Notional Value of the PPA, as specified in Exhibit G of the PPA (Appendix 1).
