Total Leasable Area definition

Total Leasable Area. The aggregate leasable area expressed in  square feet  metres, of all areas designated by the Landlord for leasing, whether temporarily or permanently.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all Operating Expenses will be prorated according to their relation to the Total Leasable Area of the Building.
