Total Invoice Price definition

Total Invoice Price means the total aggregate Per Container Prices for all Containers in each Group to be purchased by Owner from Manager.
Total Invoice Price means the total contract price at which a Project is invoiced to the customer.
Total Invoice Price means, with respect to a Unit, the final purchase price which includes all deliverables to the customer; Total Invoice Price does not include any sales of use taxes, excise taxes, value added taxes and any other non-income taxes or duties paid or owed by the Company, the Seller or any affiliate thereof.
