Total Fund Value definition

Total Fund Value means the total net market value (as determined by the Actuary) of all of the assets of the Fund as at the date of determination; and

Related to Total Fund Value

  • Fund Value means the total number of Units in Fund(s) multiplied by the respective NAV of the Fund(s);

  • Total Funded Debt means all Funded Debt of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • FR Value means, in respect of a ST FR Valuation Date, Worst Value.
