Total Electric definition

Total Electric means a dwelling having an electric primary heat source (heat pump, dual fuel, or geothermal) with electric water heating only. The use of a gas range, gas oven, and gas clothes dryer is acceptable. Gas secondary heat sources are also acceptable.

  • Big Rivers, Century and Kenergy agree that Century shall be deemed to have been made to Kenergy and shall be credited toward Century's payment obligations under the Total Electric Service Agreements and satisfaction of Century's obligation to make Century Payments.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in Big Rivers, Century and Kenergy hereby irrevocably agree that Century Payments shall be paid by wire transfer or through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network to the Depository Bank for deposit in the Lockbox Account in accordance with Section 3 hereof and coincident with date payments are due and owing under the Total Big Rivers Agreements and the Total Electric Service Agreements applicable to this service.

  • Landlord will reserve for Tenant, and Tenant shall pay for as part of the Fixed Rent payment, as a condition and incident of tenancy, Tenant’s Share of the Total Electric Capacity utilizing the Landlord’s PUN Equipment electric delivery facilities which are interconnected to the local electric transmission and distribution service provider (but not including the electricity itself, which Tenant shall separately purchase as provided in Section 6.02(a)).

  • M&S= Materials and supplies inventory held by IID's as of the year preceding the year of calculation, allocated to transmission use by the ratio of Transmission Plant Original Cost to Total Electric Plant original cost as reflected in IID's accounting records for the year preceeding the year of calculation.
