Related to Total Disputed Amount

Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).
Disputed Amounts as used in Section 11.9 below, means the amount that the Disputing Party contends is incorrectly billed.
Undisputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).
Closing Adjustment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b)(i)(A).
Final Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
