Total Debt to EBITDAR Ratio definition

Total Debt to EBITDAR Ratio means, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter of the Borrowers, the ratio of (a) Total Debt as of the last day of such fiscal quarter to (b) EBITDAR of the Borrowers for the four prior fiscal quarters ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter.
