Total Cash Surrender Value definition
Total Cash Surrender Value means the aggregate of all Cash Surrender Values of all Life Policies in Millennium minus any amounts required for expenses or reserves as determined by the Millennium Liquidation Trustee in consultation with the Millennium Liquidation Plan Committee.
