Total Cash AUM definition
Total Cash AUM for any day shall be the sum of (i) the SMCCF Cash AUM for such day and (ii) the aggregate market value of all assets held in the PMCCF Cash Reinvestment Sub-Account on such day (based on the records of the custodian for the PMCCF), less the amount of any uninvested cash and cash held in an overnight sweep account by the Administrator. Total Cash AUM shall take into account executed transactions that have not yet settled.
