Total Bookings definition

Total Bookings licence and support and maintenance bookings;
Total Bookings means the total amount of Orders received from any defined territory, as calculated using the Net Invoice Price, to the extent that the Order is accepted by the Corporation in accordance with the terms of paragraph 4 of this Schedule D.
Total Bookings means our total revenue plus the change in deferred revenue during the period. Total Bookings in any particular period reflect sales to new and renewing CLEAR Plus subscribers plus any accrued billings to partners.

Examples of Total Bookings in a sentence

  • If in either fiscal year, Total Bookings are less than the Minimum Total Bookings Target but at least equal to 70% of such Minimum Total Bookings Target, the Executive will receive a reduced bonus under this clause (ii) equal to (1) 30% of Salary multiplied by (2) a fraction, the numerator of which shall equal the excess of Total Bookings over 70% of the Minimum Total Bookings Target and the denominator of which shall be 70% of the Minimum Total Bookings Target.

  • Total Bookings shall be determined in accordance with management’s usual and customary practices in preparing financial information, including bookings, for the Company’s Board of Directors, and shall exclude any bookings attributable to acquisitions made by the Company after the Effective Date.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs and as an exceptional measure for the current financial year given the unusual market conditions, the Corporation undertakes to pay commissions to Employee of at least US$72,500 in the event Total Bookings for the period from September 1, 2001 to August 31, 2002 are less than US$37,506,467.

  • The determinations of Total Bookings shall be final and binding on the Executive, absent manifest error.

  • The 2009 Threshold and the 2010 Threshold, respectively, are referred to below as the ‘Minimum Total Bookings Target’.

  • For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, if Total Bookings exceed the threshold (the “2009 Threshold”) approved by the Company’s Board of Directors but are less than 130% of the 2009 Threshold, the bonus shall equal 30% of the Salary and if Total Bookings equal or exceed the 2009 Threshold by 30% or more, the bonus shall equal 35% of the Salary.

  • For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, if Total Bookings exceed the threshold (the “2010 Threshold”) approved by the Company’s Board of Directors but are less than 130% of the 2010 Threshold, the bonus shall equal 30% of the Salary and if Total Bookings equal or exceed the 2010 Threshold by 30% or more, the bonus shall equal 35% of the Salary.

  • The data set must be as detailed as possible with information including but not limited to: o Booking Channel o Complete Property Information (Location Name, GDS Property Name, Full Address) o Total Bookings o Total Room Nights o Total Revenue (itemized like on folio)  Room rate  Taxes  Amenities (itemized) o Average Length of Stay The DGS Contract Administrator reserves the right to modify this report and require Contractor to provide additional order information during the term of this contract.
