Total Base Cost definition
Total Base Cost means the total of Direct Labor costs and total Indirect Costs as shown on Appendix B, incorporated herein by reference. Total Base Cost does not include sub- contracted services, credit card transactions or other such costs.

If a contract modification for increased services is approved by the City, additions to the scope of services will result in an adjustment to the GMP and an adjustment to the Management Fee equal to the rate at which the Management Fee was applied to the Total Base Cost prior to the modification.
