Total and Temporary Disablement definition
Total and Temporary Disablement means disablement directly caused by Injury or Illness and as result of which You are prevented from performing every duty pertaining to Your occupation or employment on a regularly scheduled full-time basis and provided You are not otherwise gainfully employed.
Total and Temporary Disablement means disablement directly caused by Injury or Sickness and as result of which the Insured Person is prevented from performing every duty pertaining to the Insured Person’s occupation or employment on a regularly scheduled full-time basis and provided the Insured Person is not otherwise gainfully employed.
Total and Temporary Disablement means, in relation to a Standard Defined Benefit Member:

During the period of Total and Temporary Disablement, a Standard Defined Benefit Member shall provide such information and undergo such medical and other tests as the Trustee may require conducted by persons specified by the Trustee and a Member in receipt of a benefit under this rule 4.7 shall immediately advise the Trustee if the Member ceases to be Totally and Temporarily Disabled.
