TOTAL AMOUNT AT RISK definition

TOTAL AMOUNT AT RISK means a total firm-fixed sum of Thirty-Five Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($35,200,000.00) eligible to be earned by Contractor as performance incentive payments (Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($12,500,000.00) per Satellite) for the first two satellites and Ten Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($10,200,000.00) for the Ground Spare Satellite if the Ground Spare Satellite is used as an additional Satellite pursuant to Article 12 (In-Orbit Performance Incentive Payments).Such Total Amount at Risk will be adjusted in accordance with Article 12.1 (Total Amount at Risk) and Article 12.5 (Roll-Over of Incentive Amounts) to reduce this amount by $10,200,000.00 if the Ground Spare Satellite is used as a replacement satellite for either the first or second Satellite.
