TOT Transfer has the meaning set forth in SECTION 10.4(a).

The Theater Operations Report shall include a profit and loss statement for each Theater and shall further provide City with information regarding the sources of revenue generated from operations at each Theater, expenses of operation at each Theater, the amount of the TOT Transfer allocated to maintaining operations at each Theater, and the amount of other forms of City funding to support the operation of the Theaters, including, both capital and non-capital expenditures.
