TOSHA definition

TOSHA means the Division of Occupational Safety and Health, Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, which is the agency responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Act and rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development pursuant thereto.
TOSHA or “TOSHA program” means the Tribal Occupational Safety and Health Administration Program.
