Topmost storey definition

Topmost storey means the uppermost storey in a building whether constructed wholly or partly in the roof or not, and whether used or constructed or adapted for human habitation or not;
Topmost storey means the uppermost habitable storey in a building but shall not include a Barsati or Mumty or any other structure not to be used for habitable purpose.
