Topline definition

Topline means, with respect to data from a Clinical Trial, all tables, listings and figures specified in the statistical analysis plan for such Clinical Trial.
Topline means a modified Version of a Product which the Company makes available for promotional purposes at reduced price or free.

  • The Songwriter is and shall remain the sole owner and holder of all rights, title, and interest in the Topline, including all copyrights to and in the sound recording and the underlying musical compositions written and composed by Songwriter.

  • In consideration for Licensee’s payment of the License Fee, the Songwriter hereby grants Licensee a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license and the right to incorporate, include and/or use the Topline in the preparation of one (1) new song or to incorporate the Topline into a new piece of instrumental music created by the Licensee.

  • This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Topline and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • The new song or piece of instrumental music created by the Licensee which incorporates some or all of the Topline shall be referred to as the “New Song”.

  • This is a non-exclusive license agreement, and the Topline may have been or may yet be licensed to third parties for their own use; if any licensed users of the Topline tried to register their derivative songs, the content identification system might improperly flag all other users of the Topline as infringing uses.

  • Licensee shall not have the right to license or sublicense any use of the Topline or of the New Song, in whole or in part, for any so-called “samples”.
