Topical Products definition

Topical Products. I give the CDL staff permission to apply lotion or other topical products to my child upon my request and as needed while in the CDL’s care. The CDL will provide hospital grade lotion. Other topical products (diaper cream, etc. will need to be provided by Child’s Name: the parent). Band-aids may include an anti-bacterial ointment to help prevent infection. If alternative lotion is required, a Special Care Plan signed by a physician must be provided.  Mosquito Repellant: I give the CDL staff permission to apply mosquito repellant on my child as needed while in the CDL’s care. If alternative mosquito repellant is required, a Special Care Plan signed by a physician must be provided.
Topical Products means prescription and over-the-counter products other than cosmetics and transdermal patches which are developed and/or manufactured to be applied on human skin / body surfaces to treat ailments and comprises of (i) JV Products; and (ii) such other products as mutually agreed between the JV Partners, which are subsequently identified and developed/manufactured by the Company;

  • If requested by NatImmune, and subject to Enzon’s then-current capacity limitations, Enzon shall also supply to NatImmune and its licensees such quantities of Compounds in bulk form as NatImmune or its licensees may order for use in making Topical Products upon commercially reasonable terms substantially similar to those set forth in Schedule 3.3(d).

  • If Lilly or any Lilly Affiliate is manufacturing Targretin, Ligand shall have the right to purchase Targretin from Lilly or the Lilly Affiliate pursuant to a written supply agreement in form reasonably satisfactory to the parties, for use in Ligand Systemic Products and Ligand Topical Products.

  • Commencing on the expiration of the Transition Period, IntraBiotics’ rights under Sections 5.1 and 5.3 and obligations under this Agreement to conduct Development and Commercialization of Licensed Products shall apply only to Topical Products in the Territory and in the Field.

  • Upon expiration of the Transition Period, or any extension thereof, all rights in and to Licensed Products other than Topical Products shall revert to Biosearch effective upon such expiration, and IntraBiotics shall have no rights to make, have made, use, import, offer, sell, offer for sale and have sold Licensed Products other than Topical Products in the Field and in the Territory, subject to IntraBiotics’ option rights under Section 15.5.

  • If IntraBiotics does not timely exercise its Reacquisition Option, and does not start any clinical development activity for Topical Products by [*], then all rights in and to Topical Products shall revert to Biosearch effective [*], and IntraBiotics shall have no rights to make, have made, use, import, offer, sell, offer for sale and have sold Licensed Products in the Field and in the Territory.

  • Lilly shall select one or more trademarks, not likely to cause confusion, mistake or to deceive, with respect to Targretin or such other marks as Ligand selects for the Ligand Systemic Products and/or the Ligand Topical Products to be used in connection with the marketing of the Drug Products.
