Top Producers means those customers, clients, licensees or others parties, including, without limitation, College Entities, constituting the 20 highest producers of revenue (whether merchandising, royalty or annual fees or other fees) reported or reportable by the Seller in connection with the Business in accordance with GAAP.

  • For purposes hereof, "Top Producers" means those customers, clients, licensees or others parties, including, without limitation, College Entities, constituting the 20 highest producers of revenue (whether merchandising, royalty or annual fees or other fees) reported or reportable by the Seller in connection with the Business in accordance with GAAP.
