Top Executives definition

Top Executives means the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the General Counsel, and Executive Vice Presidents who report directly to the CEO. The actual number of executives covered by this definition may vary from time to time.
Top Executives means the five most highly compensated executive officers of the Company, including, in any event, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Top Executives means the Participants as listed in Appendix B, as the same may be supplemented from time to time.
