Top Block definition
Top Block means establishing a higher goal for performance, one that motivates you to say that Cartus “could not have done any better.” Cartus’ goal of service excellence starts with your consultant and the interaction and relationship they have with you. Your consultant’s goal is to proactively manage your needs in alignment with the policy. In order to assist your Consultant in meeting your needs it is imperative that you bring to your Consultant’s attention any aspect that is not satisfactory, such as issues with a supplier (real estate agent, closing representative, van line rep, inspector). Your Consultant will make every effort to resolve the issue before it becomes a problem.
