TOP Agreement(s) definition

TOP Agreement(s) means, collectively, this Agreement (including any agreement attached to this Agreement as exhibits, attachments or addenda) and any other agreements executed in connection with any of the foregoing, including any other agreement relating to the Restaurant between Franchisor (or its Affiliates on the one hand) and Franchisee or owner(s) of the Restaurant on the other, as any may be amended, modified, supplemented, or restated.

TOP Agreement(s) means the agreements executed between the Education Department, on the one hand, and the District Governments, on the other hand, setting out, among other things: (i) various matters relating to the implementation of the Program by the District Governments; (ii) arrangements to ensure that the District Governments maintain appropriate budgetary allocations for the education sector in Fiscal Year 07; (iii) the respective roles and responsibilities of the Government of Punjab and the District Governments for Program monitoring and implementation; and (iv) annual targets to be achieved by the District Governments.
