Tool System definition

Tool System means any proprietary integrated control/operating systems for tools/testers manufactured by Advantest, including parametric, functional, and system level test (SLT) test systems, lithography, and metrology tools.

  • A manufacturing and operating committee shall be formed to oversee and monitor the manufacture and validation of each Discovery Tool System and the implementation of this Agreement (a “Tools Committee”).

  • The initial Warranty Period for each Discovery Tools System acquired by EMRE, EMCC or an Affiliate under this Agreement will be as set forth in the agreement applicable to that Discovery Tool System, but will in no event be for [ * ].

Related to Tool System

  • Control system means the combination of capture and control devices used to reduce emissions to the atmosphere.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Vapor control system means a system that prevents release to the atmosphere of gasoline vapors in excess of 80 milligrams per liter of gasoline loaded (4.7 grains per liter).
