Toll System Integrator means a qualified toll system integrator who will be engaged to provide a comprehensive, electronic toll system for the Project pursuant to the Toll System Integrator Agreement. The Toll System Integrator will perform the role of the Toll Operator during a minimum initial period of one year. 1. 100. Toll System Integrator Agreement means an agreement entered between the States’ Parties (or certain of them representing each State), and/or the Joint Board on behalf of the States’ Parties, and a Toll System Integrator pursuant to which the Toll System Integrator will provide a comprehensive, electronic toll system for the Project and perform the role of the Toll Operator during a minimum initial period of one year.
