Tokenholder Representative shall have the meaning given in Condition 17.
Examples of Tokenholder Representative in a sentence
The Issuer fails to make, when due, any payment under the Tokens and such failure continues for ten (10) Business Days after the day on which notice of such failure is given by the Tokenholder Representative to the Issuer.
The Issuer fails to perform, when due, any other material obligation under the Terms of the Tokens and such failure continues for forty-five (45) days after the day on which notice of such failure is given by the Tokenholder Representative to the Issuer.
