Token Documentation means these Terms, the whitepaper, presentation deck or other documentation relating thereto, the Plover Park Partnership and any other agreements which govern the Investment contemplated herein or any other agreement which the Company may direct from time to time are to be regarded as Token Documentation;
Token Documentation means these Terms, the whitepaper, presentation deck or other documentation relating thereto, the Rainfin Partnership, and any other agreements which govern the Investment contemplated herein or any other agreement which the Rainfin Partnership may direct from time to time are to be regarded as Token Documentation;
Token Documentation means the Digital Humanity White Paper (Version 0.6/2017 as amended from time to time by Digital Humanity) and the Token Sale Offering Memorandum dated on or about 16 July 2018 (as amended from time to time by Digital Humanity).

Related to Token Documentation

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Design Documentation means all:

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).
