Token Count definition

Token Count means the number of Tokens required to operate a single instance of a Software product in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. For example, if the Token Count of a Software product is 5, and the Unit of Measure for that product is User, then 15 Tokens would be required for use of that product by three Simultaneous Users.
