Toho Note definition

Toho Note means the note issued pursuant to the converting note agreement dated 22 September 2006 between CBH and Toho. Trustee means the trustee of the Bondholders from time to time and at the date of this Deed the Trustee is Trust Company Fiduciary Services Limited (ACN ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇). Warranties means the CBH Warranties and the PEM Warranties.

  • o Note The account name to which EFT payments will be paid is to the name submitted on Part II of this form. • Routing Number: Enter the bank or financial institutional nine-digit routing number, including applicable leading zeros.

  • RMB Note means a Note denominated in Renminbi.

  • Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • New Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 38.

  • Bridge Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto with appropriate insertions, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from any Bridge Loans made by such Lender.
